Can I buy fabric by the meter?
Yes. Most fabrics are sold by meter, piece, or both. Select your unit on the product page.
How does custom dyeing work?
On dyeable products, open Customize Your Colour, enter your shade card details (e.g. Neelam Telephone), upload references, and add dyeing instructions. We confirm before processing.
How do I get wholesale pricing?
Click Wholesale Price on any product and submit your business details including GST. Once approved by our team, wholesale rates unlock automatically on your account.
Can swatch cost be adjusted later?
Yes, eligible swatch amounts can be adjusted against your final fabric order as per policy.
